Adolph Zaidle, Jr., passed away on December 23, 2024, at his home. He was born, January 15, 1951, to Adolph, Sr. and June Zaidle.

He graduated from the police academy in June of 1976. Upon graduation he worked for Ennis Police Department, he also worked for Garrett and Palmer Police Departments. On August 1, 1980, he worked for Ellis County as a deputy sheriff. On August 30, 2000, he became a Sgt. Detention officer. He remained in this position until his retirement in 2007. In his spare time, he had a small engine business until 2007.

He leaves behind his wife, Rita of fifty-four years; daughter, Mary Ann Zaidle and spouse, Warner Horton; three grandchildren: Bree Zaidle, Reagan and Daylyn Horton; one great-granddaughter, Alexandria Zaidle; brother, Michael Zaidle, Sr.; his nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and good friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah, his twin brother, Randolph, his parents; Adolph and June Zaidle, his grandparents and in-laws, Joe and Mary Patak.
