Agustin "Gus" Barron, Jr., 46, passed away in Palmer, Texas on Monday, February 15, 2021.

Gus was born in Dallas, Texas on January 26, 1975 to Agustin and Maria (Najera) Barron, Sr.  He grew up in Hurst and Corsicana graduating from Corsicana High School in 1993.  On September 7, 2013 he married Crystal Lynn Arispe and they made their home in Palmer.

Gus worked for JTEKT for eleven years as a supervisor and for Ollies for one year as a supervisor.  He enjoyed watching the Cowboys, working out and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Crystal Arispe; sons: Joel Barron and Aidian Martinez; daughters: Melissa DelGadillo and Desiree Arispe; his mother, Maria Najera; grandson, Ezekiel Salazar and sister, Maria Barron along with a host of extended family and friends.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.  Pallbearers will be Joel Barron, Noe Sanchez, Jimmy Guerra, Johnny Guerra, Fabian Ayala and Jose Villa.  Interment will follow in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
