Amy Lynette Green Pena Davis, of Ferris, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2026.

Born on February 3, 1965, Amy lived a life centered around the things that mattered most to her—her faith, her family, her friends, and the simple joys that made life special.

Amy was a woman of strong faith and loved Jesus deeply. She attended Bristol Baptist Church, and through life’s joys and struggles, she held tightly to her faith. One of her favorite sayings was simply, “God’s got me.” Those words reflected the trust she placed in the Lord and will forever hold a special meaning for those who loved her.

Amy knew how to enjoy the little things in life. She loved making candles and crafts, going thrifting, dirt-track racing, listening to good music, and enjoying a cold Dr Pepper. But more than anything, she loved spending time with her family and friends. The memories made around ordinary moments, laughter, conversations, and time spent together will be treasured for years to come.

Amy is survived by her husband, Richard Neil Davis; her mother, Mary Ann Collard; and her stepmother, Linda Green. Her children, son Ryan Christopher Green and his wife, Nicole Green, and son Jonathan Cody Alford; and her beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Kyler, Jonny, Reyanna, Aleyson, Sirena, Ryan Jr., Thailee, Bentley, Rylee, and Kabryn. Amy is also survived by her siblings, Gary Collard and sister-in-law Robin Collard, Pam Green, Tina Hamilton and brother-in-law Bill Hamilton, and Greg Green, along with extended family and many friends who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roberto Pena; her father, David Green; and her stepfather, Teddy Joe Collard.

Amy will be remembered for her faith, her love for her family, and all the little things that made her uniquely Amy.

Her absence leaves a place that cannot be filled, but her family finds comfort in the faith that meant so much to her. The words Amy carried with her throughout life now bring comfort to those she leaves behind:

“God’s got me.”

And we know He does.

Until we meet again, Amy, you are loved beyond words, missed beyond measure, and will never be forgotten.

Memorial Service is Saturday September 26 at 11 am. Bristol Baptist Church. Lunch to follow.
