Annie Lee Kubin, 87, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

Annie was born in Ennis, Texas, to Willie and Julia (Borek) Babovec on September 12, 1934. Annie grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1951. On June 28, 1958, she married Raymond J. Kubin and they made their home in Ennis, Texas.

Annie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Annie enjoyed gardening and cooking. Annie's family was the light of her life and she cared for each one of them deeply.

Annie is survived by daughters: Linda Johnson and husband, Daniel and Dorothy McCoy and husband, Len; grandchildren: Bradley McCoy and Parker McCoy; great-grandchildren: Annabelle, Chelsea and Graham along with a host of extended family and friends.

Annie is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond Kubin, brother, Alvin Babovec and great-grandson, Tarek McCoy.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022, from noon until 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery with Pastor Joe Barrentine officiating under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
