Beverly Jean Garland, 66, of Ennis, Tx , went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, June 7, 2026.

Beverly was born September 4, 1959, to Melvin "Sonny" and Victoria Gant in McKinney TX. She spent most of her childhood in the Pasadena Tx area.

Beverly graduated in 1978 from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena. On August 8, 1980 she married the love of her life, Craig Garland.

After marriage they moved to Ennis Tx where she worked with the City of Ennis and  Ennis Business Forms as a customer service rep. While working she attended night and weekend classes at Navarro Collage & Texas A &M Commerce, until she received her Bachelor's degree in elementary education.  Then on their 8th anniversary year they adopted their daughter Casaandra Rebecca.

In 2004 she and Craig started ministering to the boat racing and drag racing community. Then in 2010 they began travelling across the country sharing the love of Jesus at events. They formed CBD Ministry Inc in 2020 and continued to travel with NHRA and Funny Car Chaos until her health started declining, causing them to come off the road.

Beverly had a gift of making people smile and sharing her love and faith, she never met a stranger. She always had a smile on her face and a gift in the motorhome when she found out it was someone's birthday or anniversary. She gave so much to others, and loved it.

Beverly is survived by her husband Craig, their daughter Cassandra Carillo and son in law Abel from Athens. Her 2 grandsons David Michael and Schyler. Sister Linda Pritchard and Tom Isaacks of Houston. Brother Michael Gant and wife Margaret from Foreston, TX. Step Brother Kevin Sherman and step sister Karen Pitman. Along with numerous nieces and nephews that called her Aunt B.

Preceded in death were her Mother, Victoria. Father Melvin, and sister Kimen Wheeler.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel in Ennis with Rev. Victor Kemp officiating.
