Billy Wayne Martin, 78, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 in Keene, Texas.

Billy was born in Dallas, Texas on October 4, 1941, but he grew up in Ennis, Texas.  On July 10, 2004 Billy married Martha Ann Richardson and they made their home in Ennis until moving to Keene in 2014.

Billy worked in the Banking Industry where he was a Bank President.  He was a member of the Garrett Baptist Church.

Billy loved sports and was a big Ennis Lions Fan.  Billy loved his family and was a very active person.  The Holidays were his favorite time of year.

Billy is survived by his step-son, Kenneth Norton and wife, Regina; step-daughter, Margaret Anderson and husband, John; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.  Interment will follow in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
