Celia Ann De Leon, a devoted Christian and beloved sister, aunt, and friend, went to be with our Lord on July 10, 2025. She was born on October 30, 1970, in Dallas, Texas.

Celia is preceded in death by her loving parents, Frank and Olivia De Leon, and her cherished sister, Cynthia (Cindy) De Leon.

She is survived by her sisters, Charlene De Leon Watkins and Christine Ibarra; her brother-in-law, Fernando Ibarra; and her treasured nephews, David Matthew Hurtado, Christian Michael Hurtado, Ethan Joshua Ibarra, Ryan James Ibarra, and Christopher Jacob Ibarra. She also leaves behind her faithful companion, Augustus 'Gus' her cherished cat and quiet shadow, who brought her comfort and joy through many phases of her life.

Celia loved her family deeply, with a special place in her heart for her nephews, whom she adored beyond measure. A lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, she could always be counted on to cheer them on, no matter the season.

A woman of unwavering faith, Celia lived her life as a shining example of what it means to be a true Christian. She glorified God not only in her words and actions but also through her beautiful voice, which she used to praise and worship the Lord joyfully. Her warm smile, infectious laughter, and compassionate spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Though she is no longer with us, her legacy of faith, love, and joy will remain in our hearts forever.

VISITATION will be Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from Noon until 2 p.m. in the J. E. Keever Mortuary Chapel in Ennis, Texas.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE will follow at 2 p.m. in the same location, under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
