Charles Burton Price, 91, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Sunday, February 20, 2022.

Charles was born on April 28, 1930. Charles graduated from Hunt High School in 1946.  On April 17, 1949 he married the love of his life Margaret Guillot and they made their home in Arlington, Texas.

Charles was a truck driver for Thrift Oil Company and Borden for twenty years each.  He enjoyed deer hunting.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of over seventy-two years: Margaret Price; daughters: Betty Pierce and husband, Ricky, Pat Price and Connie Sherman and husband, Chuck; nine grandchildren: twenty-three great-grandchildren: seven great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Vernell Hamm and a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Larry Price, a brother, Steven Price and two sisters: Ruby and Odie.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Pastor Bob Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.  Pallbearers will be: Luke Price, Arron Pierce, Ryan Carter, Jacob Pierce, Andrew McInnis and Jackson Prentice.
