Charlotte Ruth Bass Keasler was born on July 30, 1943, in Paducah, Texas, to Reverend Elmer Lee Bass and Dora Opal Bass. On March 11, 2026, she went to be with her Lord and Savior while surrounded by her loving family. Charlotte was raised in a home deeply rooted in faith, a foundation that guided her throughout her life.

On August 18, 1979, Charlotte married Charles W. Keasler in Troup, Texas. They later built their life in Longview, Texas where they raised four daughters. Charlotte's greatest pride and purpose in life was her family. As a devoted wife and mother, she created a home filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. Her family was the center of her world, and she nurtured them with a steady faith, a generous heart, and a love that never wavered.

Charlotte, lovingly known as "Nonnie," found immense joy in her role as a grandparent. She loved cheering on her grandchildren, walking beside them through life, and making sure they always knew how deeply they were loved. She was also blessed with twelve great grandchildren who brought her great joy and happiness.

Charlotte is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 47 years, Charles Keasler; her daughters Angie Guevara, Mindi Threet (Scott), Misti Field (Chad), and Amber Robison (Scott); and her cherished grandchildren Colby (Hannah) Threet, Brittany (Richie) Garcia-Arrese, Kayla (James) Glenn, Preston Cole Jr. (Lexi) Green, Chase Robison, Grace Field, Collin Robison, Noah Field, Sophia Field, and Liam Field.

Charlotte will be remembered for her steadfast faith, her deep love for her family, and the kindness she shared so freely with others. Her laughter, her smile, and the love she gave as "Nonnie" will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Reverend Elmer Lee Bass; her mother, Dora Opal Bass; and her sister, Ava Ashby.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Ennis Pointe Assisted Living for the love and care shown to Charlotte over the years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Charlotte's memory to CureGlaucoma.org . A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
