Christopher R Fason, 46, passed away in Denison, Texas on the morning of September 9, 2021.

Chris was born May 20, 1975 in Killeen, Texas, to Dannie and Debra Fason. He grew up traveling the globe while his Dad served in the military. Chris graduated from Copperas Cove High School in 1994. In 2002 he graduated from Fire Academy and while out celebrating his first EMS job met and began dating his future wife, Ammy. They wed February 29, 2008.

Chris proudly served his community as a Firefighter/Paramedic for nearly 20 years. In recent years, Chris was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and then Fire Captain. He wanted nothing more than to pass along his passion and pride for the fire service to the next generation. He loved his Firehouse family as much as his other family. In his free time he enjoyed hunting and fishing with friends, he was an accomplished gamer (CoD lost a good one), and above all he loved travelling and just hanging out with his wife and daughters.

Chris is survived by his wife Ammy; daughters Whitney, Jordan, and Hayley; parents Dannie and Debra; sister Julie and husband Wylie; niece Hannah; He also has a host of extended family and friends across the country.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the First Baptist Church 204 W Athens, Hutchins, TX 75141. Pastor Scott Chadwick will officiate and Lancaster Fire Department will provide the honor guard.
