Dakota Ray Stewart was born on February 5, 1999, he was 23 years old. He was born in Mesquite, Texas but resided in Seagoville, Texas, most of his life. He graduated from Seagoville High School in 2017. He then took on multiple jobs eventually ending up working for GAF in Ennis, Texas and O'Rielly's Distribution Center in Seagoville, Texas. He was a hard worker, compassionate, caring, and fun loving. He had a very laid back easy going nature and he made friends easily. Dakota had a generous nature and loved to help people. Many of his friends have reached out to tell us how much he was always there to help them never asking for anything in return. He loved hanging out with his family at the lake and going fishing and shooting. He loved going to the movies and playing poker. Dakota was all about living life to the fullest and always trying to be positive. Very rarely did you see him without a big smile on his face. He was truly one of the happiest people you would ever meet and his smile lit up a room. He passed away too soon and will be missed by everyone that knew him. He is survived by his mom and dad and brother and sister. He has multiple grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces that will all help to keep his memory alive.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.
