Dana Redd, 52, of Ennis, Texas, went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2026. Born February 24, 1973, in Toms River, New Jersey, Dana was a true Jersey girl at heart who later became a proud Texan. Though everyone knew you could never take the Jersey out of her.

Dana was the beloved wife of Ted Redd and a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her daughter, Faith Wilkerson and husband Justin, and granddaughter Ronni Wylde Wilkerson; sons Josh Turner and partner Alexis; and Jake Turner and wife Jayci, and granddaughter Aria Turner; bonus sons Justin Redd and wife Lauren, and granddaughters Parker and Sloane Redd; and Wesley Redd and his children Walker, Kelton, and Henley Redd. She is also survived by her mother, Donna Zsoldos; her brother Ron Zsoldos Jr. and partner Elaine; and her nephews Michael Zsoldos and wife Kayla, and their children Mason and Meadow Zsoldos, and Cody Zsoldos and wife Makenzie, and their daughter Sophie Zsoldos.

Dana is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Zsoldos; her grandparents, Marie and Dante Pavia; and her mother-in-law, Betty Redd.

For the past six years, Dana was the proud owner of The Groom Room in Ennis, where she turned her love for dogs into an art form. Her passion was the craft in her hands. If you saw her poodles, you saw Dana right behind them, smiling, laughing, and working with joy. If she wasn't grooming fur babies, she was surrounded by family and friends, loving on the people she cherished most.

Dana had a rare gift: she lit up every room she walked into. No matter how or where you knew her, she made you feel special, seen, and loved. Her faith guided her life, her laughter was contagious, and her heart was always open. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren, and she took great pride in being the best "Gigi" she could be.

Her passing is devastating, and her family and community are heartbroken by the loss of such a vibrant, loving, and extraordinary woman. Yet we rejoice in knowing she is in the presence of her Savior, whole and at peace, no longer battling the terrible fight of cancer. We will carry her light with us forever.
