Daniel D. Novy, 82, passed away on October 7, 2025, in Cheyenne. He was born on April 28, 1943, in Ennis, TX to Frank and Emilie Galetka Novy.

Daniel served in the United States Air Force from March 17, 1964, to October 1, 1984. He attained the rank of Senior Master Sargeant. Daniel married Patricia Swindell on September 18, 1965, in Grand Forks, ND.

Daniel is survived by his wife Pat; sons Scott (Christie) and Christopher Novy; sister Patricia Spaniel; and grandchildren Paige, Nicole, and Matthew Novy, and Colton Mickle.

He was preceded in death by his brother Eugene Novy and sister Mildred Jordon.

Daniel was interred at Cheyenne National Cemetery on October 10, 2025.
