Diane Marie Sulak, age 61, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022.

Diane was born July 16, 1960 in Ennis, Texas to Johnny and Mildred (Kubin) Cepica. She was raised in Ennis and attended Ennis schools graduating in 1978.  After graduation she attended Navarro College and earned her Associate Degree.

On July 16, 1983 she married Laurence Sulak and they made their home in Ennis on her family's land.

Diane worked for Ennis Paint for over twenty years as a Sales Rep, Erwin Distributing for 5 years as an Administrative Assistant as well as Ennis Business Forms also as an Administrative Assistant.

Diane loved spending time involved in her Catholic faith, being extremely active with  Catholic Daughters family who will miss her greatly. She loved  spending time with her family and how she loved holding and loving on  all the little ones. She showed her love also in preparing delicious meals for family and friends and will always be remembered  for her loving kindness, her soft voice, her humility , her willingness to help anyone and everyone  and  mostly as a 2 ^nd mother to Noah and Karoline Sulak.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Laurence, her Kubin grandparents as well as her Cepica grandparents. Also awaiting her are Uncle Frank, Uncle Joe & Aunt Josie, Uncle Leslie and Aunt Maryann Kubin, Aunt Bessie and Uncle Louis Vavra and Uncle Emil Slovacek.

She is survived by Noah and Karoline Sulak, her Aunt Angie Slovacek, Uncle Wille and Aunt Sandra Kubin as well as a host of cousins, cousins children and their children, so many  nieces and nephews and Sisters in law as well as her brother in law.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at J. E. Keever Mortuary in Ennis. Mass for the Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 6, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.

Serving as pallbearers are Leon Sulak Jr., Jake McAfee, Sonny Sulak, Frank Slovacek, Ron Slovacek and David Kubin. Honorary pallbearers are all her male cousins and nephews.
