Donald Lee Clagett, 84, passed away in Waxahachie, Texas on Monday, March 21, 2022.

Donald was born in Cambridge, Ohio on December 11, 1937, to William and Freda (Ball) Clagett. He grew up in Cambridge, Ohio and graduated from Cambridge High School in 1955. On April 26, 1986, he married Ann Lennon and they made their home in Waxahachie, Texas. Donald served his country proudly in the United States Army.

Donald worked for All Craft Printing for over ten years as a typesetter. Donald enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, the Ohio State Buckeyes, Texas Rangers, Houston Astros and the Dallas Cowboys.

Donald is survived by his wife of over thirty-five years, Elizabeth Ann Clagett; son, Randy Novak and wife, Polly; daughters: Jill Hurt and Joy Hamon and husband, Shannon; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Cathy Woods; son-in-laws: David Woods and Darrel Hurt.

The family would like to thank Bristol Hospice for the excellent care they gave Donald and the family.
