Eric Paul Curry, 55, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Wednesday, December 27, 2017.

Eric was born in Wills Point, Texas on February 24, 1962 to Frances (Curry) Armstrong and Bobby Joe Curry.  He grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1980.

He worked as a supervisor for Elk Roofing and Tamko for many years and for Curry Construction and Curry Commercial as a carpenter and metal building contractor.  He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church of Ennis.  He enjoyed cooking, coaching little league baseball, hunting and most of all spending time with family.

He is survived by sons: Brandon Curry and wife, Blaire and Clay Curry and wife, Kourtney; four grandchildren: Mason, Nova, Madi Kay and Jackson; his mother, Frances Armstrong and husband, Ramon; his father, Bobby Joe Curry and wife, Roxanne two brothers: Joel Curry and James Curry and wife, Alissa; one sister, Teresa Elwood and husband, Michael; step brothers: Tony Armstrong and wife, Mary, Tim Armstrong and Andy Armstrong and wife, Jina;  three nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by nephew Corey Pruitt.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until service time.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Rev. Zachary Wright officiating.
