Eulalio Burgos, 59, passed away in Plano, Texas on Monday, August 24, 2020.

Eulalio was born in Manuel Maria Pinos Zacatecas, Mexico on February 2, 1961 to Pedro and Maria Guadalupe (Rico) Burgos.  He spent his childhood in Mexico.  On February 8, 1981 he married the love of his life Ofelia Gonzalez and they made their home in Mexico before moving to Ennis, Texas in 2003.

Eulalio worked as a handyman before going to work for Sterilight Corporation in Ennis.  Eulalio was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church.  He was a talented carpenter; he enjoyed Discovery TV and Soccer.

Eulalio leaves his loving family behind including his wife, Ofelia Burgos; sons: Gerardo Burgos and wife, Karen Rea and Eduardo Burgos and wife, Rosie; daughters: Gabriela Burgos, Nancy Salto and husband, Dario, Diana Burgos and husband, John Rubalcaba and Sonia Burgos and husband, Martin Perez; his mother, Maria Guadalupe Rico; ten grandchildren; Jose, Leah, Karen, Ximena, John Natalie, Katelyn, Eduardo, Renata and Kaleb; brothers: Matias Burgos, Onesimo Burgos, Albaro Burgos and Pedro Burgos; sisters: Benita Burgos, Maria Burgos, Andrea Burgos, Maria Jesus Burgos, Alicia Burgos and Leticia Burgos.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. with Rosary being recited at 6:30 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 10 a.m. in St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Father Agustin Fuertes as Celebrant.  Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
