Franklin Ross "Buddy" Hubacek, 71, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in Ennis, Texas.

Buddy was born on August 29, 1954, in Corsicana, Texas, to Frank A. and June (Hall) Hubacek. He grew up in Ennis, Texas, and graduated from Ennis High School in 1973.  On January 21, 1989, he married the love of his life, Hollianne Butler and they made their home in Ennis, Texas.

Buddy served the community as a car dealer. Buddy enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and spending time at the coast.

Buddy is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Holli Hubacek and son Ross Hubacek and his fiancé, Kathryn Hulsbosch, his Memaw, Kaye Austin; brother-in-law, Kelly Butler and wife, Frances along with a host of extended family and friends.

Buddy is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Private Memorial Services will be conducted by the family.
