Glenda Jo Kyser, 64, passed away in Denton, Texas on Friday, April 8, 2022.

Glenda was born in Ennis, Texas on April 13, 1957, to Glen Joseph and Josephine (Sain) Kyser. Glenda grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1975. Glenda graduated from Texas Women's University with a degree in Library Science. After college Glenda made her home in Denton.

Glenda was a Librarian for the University of North Texas for forty-two years. Glenda loved meeting people and getting to know them. Glenda enjoyed family, reading and card games. Glenda loved to mother others.

Glenda is survived by her sisters: Joyce Kyser and Peggy Hogan and husband, Scott and Patricia Miller; brother, Ronald Nordlee; three nephews; five nieces; several great nieces and nephews as well has a host of extended family and friends.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.  Interment will follow in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
