Gloria V. Davis, 80, passed away in Waxahachie, Texas on Thursday, October 15, 2020.

Gloria was born in Ennis, Texas on September 20, 1940 to Vernon and Myrl (Goodman) Pritchett.  Gloria grew up in Ennis and attended Ennis Schools.  On July 29, 1964 she married the love of her life Johnny Davis and they made their home in Ennis.

Gloria worked for over thirty years as a binder with Ennis Business Forms.  Gloria enjoyed genealogy, gardening, painting and traveling.  Her family was the joy of her life.

Gloria is survived by her husband of over fifty-six years, Johnny M. Davis; son, Len Cranford and wife, Kathy; daughters: Lucy King and husband, Clint and Debbie Tharp and husband, Charlie; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Vernon "Buddy" Pritchett, sisters: Jewell Willingham and Dorothy Thurber.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 10 a.m. in Myrtle Cemetery with grandson Dr. Nathan Grant officiating under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
