It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Ima Florine Wilkerson, 85, a loving Daughter, Mother, Aunt, Nana, and friend to all whose lives she touched.

Ima Wilkerson left this earth on February 12, 2024, in Dallas, TX surrounded by her family. Ima was born in Mills County, Texas on November 25, 1938, to Thomas and Zelma (Kincheloe) Phillips. She went on to marry Jim Wilkerson on August 22, 1969.

Ima was funny, outgoing, hardworking, and young at heart. She loved reading, shopping, and puzzles. Ima retired after 25 years working for a local school district in the kitchen.

She loved hanging out with family and close friends every chance she could and spoiling those near and dear to her.

Ima will be missed everyday by her daughters Cindy Wilkins ( Mike), Judie Enriquez ( Rene), Betty Medina (Raul), grand children Jeffery (Sarah) and Christopher Zuniga, Junior (Katy), Nick and Justin Enriquez, Roxanne, Mikie and Logan Medina and one great grandchild Gene Enriquez, Brother Burlin Phillips and a host of extended family and friends.

Ima is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jim, along with numerous sisters and brothers.

Services will be conducted Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the J. E. Keever - Palmer Chapel with Visitation beginning at 1 p.m.
