Jack Martin "Marty" Moore of Ennis, Texas passed away on February 11, 2023, at Legend Oaks nursing home.

He was born in Clinton, Oklahoma, to the late Tom and Wanda Moore on December 6, 1946.

Marty's father was in the U. S. Air Force, so they traveled to many different places; one of Marty's favorites being Turkey. He married Dixie Ford, the love of his life, in 2006.

Marty is survived by his wife, of Ennis; son of Paris Valley and daughter of Houston; two sisters; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

His passions were eating exotic foods, guns, bargaining for antiques, reading every book he could get his hands on and his work. Strong and positive to the end, Marty will be remembered for his strong positive attitude, generous nature, his outlook on life, and his devotion to his wife, Dixie.
