Joe Charles Heard, 63, passed away in Plano, Texas on Thursday, July 1, 2021.

Joe was born in Waxahachie, Texas on April 7, 1958 to Archie and Patsy (Harper) Heard.  Joe grew up in Palmer and graduated from Palmer High School in 1976.

Joe was the Owner of Heard Heat and Air for over thirty years.  He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Palmer.  Fishing, target shooting and hunting were just a few of his favorite activities.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Brandie Miller; grandchildren: Jaycee and Westin; brother, Danny heard and wife, June; his mother, Patsy Heard; sister, Kaye Allen and husband Robert along with a host of extended family and friends.

Joe is preceded in death by his father, Archie Heard.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 10 a.m. in the First Methodist Church of Palmer
