We sadly say goodbye to Kaywin Sue Roberts who passed away on February 22, 2024 following a long battle with breast cancer at the age of 68. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final days.

A member of J Bar C Cowboy Church, Kaywin's faith was a guiding light throughout her life. She loved her ladies bible study group and cherished the friendships she made.

Kaywin was a dedicated employee of the Ennis Walmart for many years. Even after she could no longer work she loved and cherished her Walmart family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Seaborn "Cowboy" and Bernice Stapleton and brother Jerry Don Stapleton. Kaywin is survived by her daughters, Jenni Roberts and Kailya Iuliucci, and her son-in-law Steve. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jayden, Nolen, and Ireland, whom she adored as well as many nieces and cousins.

Kaywin had a big heart for animals. She was known for her deep love for her dogs, MooMoo and Nonnie, who were not just pets but cherished members of her family. Her home was always filled with the wagging tails and playful antics of her furry friends.

The family would also like to thank Kaywin's caregivers: Cheryl, Gina, and Bristol Hospice.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the Ellis County SPCA in Kaywin's memory. Though she's gone, her love for animals and her gentle spirit will live on in our hearts.

A Celebration of Kaywin's life will be held Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the J. E. Keever Chapel in Ennis.
