Pastor Kenneth Ray Cashion of Ennis, TX born June 28, 1947 to Rhoton and Helen Cashion died peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on August 14, 2021.  Kenneth is survived by his loving wife Sheryl Cashion, two sons Lonnie Cashion and wife Amanda, James Cashion and wife Cindy, three grandchildren, Jordan, Sarah and Timothy Cashion, his brother Pastor Grady Cashion and wife Cathy, sister-in-law Carol and large extended family that loved him and will miss him dearly.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 1st wife Judy Cashion, 2nd wife Elaine Cashion and his older brother, Pastor Lloyd Cashion.

Kenneth proudly served and retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant after 20 years. After his retirement, he selflessly served the communities of Italy, Avalon and Ennis. He was a small business owner in Italy for many years, served on the Avalon ISD School Board and was a Pastor for Calvary Baptist Church in Ennis. As a Pastor, you would find Kenney playing the guitar, singing, preaching and telling others about Jesus.  He was one of the kindest men you could ever meet and if you didn't have a smile, he would gladly give you his.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 from noon until 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with his brother Rev. Grady Cashion officiating.
