Kevin Dwain Culpepper, age 43, of Ennis, Texas passed away on January 16, 2021 wrapped in the loving arms of his family.

Kevin was born on July 11, 1977 to Dwain & Teresa Culpepper in Dallas, Texas. He grew up in a loving home in Ennis, TX where he attended school and graduated from Ennis High School in 1996. He then attended Navarro College and The University of Texas at Arlington where he graduated in August 2000. Kevin began working for Northrup Grumman Corporation straight out of college and remained working there as a Senior Manager at the time of his death.

While in high school he began dating the love of his life Misty Lowe who he later married in August 2001. Kevin and Misty were high school sweethearts who stayed together from high school until the time of his death. Kevin and Misty made their home in Ennis where they raised their two beautiful daughters Bailey and Lauren.

Kevin was a wonderful father, husband and son and was loved by many. He would do anything for anybody and was loved throughout the community. He was a member and Deacon of the Church of Christ on Country Club Road.

Kevin will be remembered for his sense of wit as well as his recent love of cooking on his Traeger smoker. He never met a stranger and certainly had the gift of making everyone feel welcome. He was a perfectionist with his yard and made sure that it always looked its best and he enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family. He was such a fun-loving individual who could make any situation more bearable and he will certainly be missed.

Kevin is survived by his wife Misty and his two daughters Bailey and Lauren, his parents Dwain and Teresa Culpepper, his twin brother Erik Culpepper, his brother Cody Culpepper and wife Vanessa and daughter Claire, his grandmother Bobbie Chennault and his in-laws James and Sandra Lowe as well as many family and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Clarence Chennault, his paternal grandparents Cecil and Lora Culpepper and his uncle Michael Chennault.

Private services will be held for the family.
