George Larry Oliver, 84, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 19th, 2025. Larry was born to Robert E. Oliver and Ruth Marie Culver on January 16th, 1941 in Ennis, Texas. He went to Ennis schools and later joined the army, serving in Korea. He worked 25 plus years at Tyler Refrigeration in Waxahachie, Texas.  Later, he and his wife, Jackie, opened their own business, J & L Trailer Sales, which still operates today. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Oliver, of over 50 years; his stepson, Craig Fincher (and wife, Shelly); two grandchildren, Brooke Falkenbach (and husband, Jeremy) and Dillon Fincher; four great grandchildren, Ellie and Rory Fincher and Judd and Grace Falkenbach; and three brothers, Freddie Oliver of Longview, Gene Oliver of Forney, and Dickie Oliver of Irving. He was predeceased by his parents, four sisters, and four brothers.

Visitation will be on April 22nd from 6pm to 8pm at J.E. Keever Mortuary.

The funeral will be held on April 23rd at 2pm at J.E. Keever Mortuary. Internment will be immediately following at Myrtle Cemetery, under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
