Layton Eugene Kuhn and TayLynn Rae Kuhn were born on December 28, 2024, to their loving parents,
Zachary Lee Kuhn and Makayla Dawn Holmes of Palmer, Texas.
Layton passed peacefully in the arms of his family on December 30, 2024, in Dallas, Texas and
TayLynn passed peacefully in their arms on January 4, 2025.
They touched so many hearts during their very short time and were loved deeply by family and
friends.
Layton and TayLynn leave behind their precious Daddy and Mommy, Zachary Lee Kuhn and Makayla
Dawn Holmes who deeply loved their babies.
Their paternal grandparents Rhonda Land and Royce Grigsby of Palmer, Texas; and maternal
grandparents Donald Eugene and Deedra Holmes of Geronimo, Oklahoma.
They are also survived by their great grandma Judy Lang and her husband Travis Lang of Palmer,
Texas; great grandma Vesta Barnes of Geronimo, Oklahoma; uncle Jeff and aunt Patty Kuhn, aunt
Stephanie Kuhn all of Palmer, Texas; uncle Donald Ray Holmes, uncle Derrick Howel of Geronimo,
Oklahoma; aunt Shannon and uncle Chris Whitsett of Stillwater, Oklahoma and a host of family and
friends.
Layton and TayLynn are proceeded in death by their grandpa Steve Kuhn, great grandpa Donald Ray
Land, great grandpa Malburn "Sugar Ray Barnes," Peggy Jean Holmes and Donald Houston Holmes.
We would love to extend our appreciation to Dr. Reis and the staff at Baylor Scott and White
Waxahachie, Texas and Baylor Scott and White NICU Dallas, Texas for taking great care of our
precious babies during their very short time on earth

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. in the J Bar C Cowboy Church in Palmer with Rev. Rodney Rickman officiating. Internment will follow in Palmer Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary Inc.
