Marcel "Marcie" Ann Gremillion Moseley passed away on May 27th, 2024 surrounded by her family to the hymn "Amazing Grace" after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.

Marcie was born on September 2nd, 1939 to Fred and Belva Gremillion in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Marcie was grateful for her grandfather "Pa", a Baptist preacher, who brought her to Christ at the very early age of seven. On January 30th, 1960, she married the love of her life, Frank Moseley, who was born in the same hospital as Marcie eight months prior. They both grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana and eventually moved to Austin, Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, Lucas, and finally, Ennis, Texas. Together they had three children. She was a talented pianist who shared her love of music with her piano students for sixty-five years. Marcie was known for her love of Cajun cooking, Louisiana State University, the Texas Rangers, and above all, her Lord and Savior. She led the church choir, played piano for church services, directed vacation Bible school musicals, and spent time with her grandchildren. Later in life, she became a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution - an organization she adored.

Marcie was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of all she knew. While we are sad she is no longer with us, we rejoice that, because of the promise of Jesus Christ, she is with her Heavenly Father and that we will see her again one day.

Marcie is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Belva Gremillion, and her husband, Frank Moseley. She is survived by her daughter; Suzanne Moseley; her son, Mark Moseley, his wife Mary and their sons, Mathew and Michael; as well as her daughter, Melanie Moseley Trojacek, her husband, Jeffrey, their daughters and son-in-law, Adeline, and Annie and Kyle Robinson.

A memorial service celebrating Marcie's life will be held Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1200 Country Club Road, in Ennis, Texas.
