Margaret Marie Ward, 90, passed away in Waxahachie, Texas, on Monday, December 16, 2024.

Margaret was born in Madisonville, Texas on November 12, 1934, to Fred and Viola Marie (Andrews) Venable.

Margaret is survived by daughters and son-in-laws: Linda Burpo, Peggy and Johnnie Faichtinger and Carolyn and Billy Conn; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Morris; parents, daughter, Nancy Ward and four brothers.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary in Palmer, Texas.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 10 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Palmer with Rev. Gary Southard officiating. Pallbearers will be Billy Conn, Andrew Conn, Michael Burpo, Jeffery Faichtinger, Steven Faichtinger and Tyler Faichtinger. Interment will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery of Madisonville, Texas under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
