In Loving Memory of Marion Elizabeth "Beth" Reagan

Marion Elizabeth "Beth" Reagan of Corsicana, TX passed away on August 19, 2025, surrounded by her family at the age of 61. Beth's vibrant spirit, contagious laugh, and uncanny ability to find humor in just about everything leaves a lasting imprint on all who called her Mama, Maw-Maw, sister, aunt, cousin, or friend.

Beth was born on December 31, 1963, to Grover and Sudie Mae Haley in Kaufman, TX. The youngest of six, she quickly learned how to hold her own — and how to entertain. She poured love into her many nieces and nephews, babysitting, spoiling, laughing and playing with them, all of which set the stage for what she would later call her greatest accomplishment in life: becoming a mother.

And oh, what a mother she was. Beth is survived by the loves of her life — her children, Christopher (Amy) Reagan and Brandi (Joshua) Gober — and her grandchildren, "Maw-Maw's perfects," Clayton, Mollie, and Adalyne, who could do no wrong in her eyes. She also leaves behind her siblings Gary (Judy) Haley, Grover (Lisa) Haley, and Mollie (Jerry) Meredith, along with countless nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Beth is reunited in Heaven with her parents, Grover and Sudie Mae Haley; her brothers, Jimmy Haley Sr. and Grady Haley; sisters-in-law Jean Meredith Haley Smith and Sandra Powell Haley; nephews, Jimmy Haley Jr. and Kevin Haley; and her former in-laws, Clayton and Phrink Reagan.

To know Beth was to laugh — sometimes so hard your stomach hurt. She could turn the smallest moment into a memory, whether she was joking around or telling a story in a way that made you laugh even more. She loved shopping (Walmart owes her years of profits), and she could make a whole day out of an HEB trip if someone would take her to "buy the good meat." She loved campfires, movies, and above all, driving. Corsicana roads will never be the same without Beth behind the wheel, keeping them hot and busy.

But nothing compared to the joy of being with her babies and grandbabies. She would spend hours talking with Clayton, her best friend. She never seemed to run out of words or laughter. Her life was full, not because of what she had, but because of who she loved — and who loved her back.

As we celebrate Beth's life, yes, we cry because she will be deeply missed. But we also smile — because she left us with so many stories, so much laughter, and so much love. Her legacy is not one of sadness, but of joy, humor, and the reminder that the best way to honor her is to laugh often and love hard.
