Our beloved Mary Lou Bauch completed her earthly journey and was called home to be with the Lord on April 27th, 2026.

She was born on September 19th, 1933 in Kerens, Texas, the youngest daughter of George W. Wrinkle and Josephine Ables Wrinkle.

On November 14th, 1951, she married Jack Tyner, with whom she shared 37 years of marriage until his passing on April 11th, 1989.  She was later blessed with a second marriage to August (Gus) Bauch beginning on August 17th, 1992 and they shared 33 years together.

She exemplified enduring resilience and a quiet courage, never hesitating to step into new and unfamiliar endeavors. While her husband, Jack, was serving in the Army, she worked at a Procter & Gamble factory in Dallas. In later years, she became an integral partner in their family businesses, skillfully handling responsibilities ranging from office work to bookkeeping. After her husband's passing, she bravely took on the responsibility of running the business herself. In her 50s, she returned to school to earn her high school diploma, an accomplishment that reflected her determination to continue moving forward. She later worked at a pharmacy for many years and, in retirement, devoted several years to volunteering at Ennis Regional Hospital and Palmer's Preservation Society.

Throughout her life, her faith remained her steady foundation. She accepted Jesus as her Savior at the age of eight and remained steadfast in her Christian walk. She faithfully attended church services and sang in the choir at the First Baptist Church in Palmer for many years. Her legacy of faith lives on through her children and grandchildren, whom she patiently taught to pray with love and devotion, guiding their spiritual journeys through her example.

Her love for others was also reflected in the letters she wrote. Those fortunate enough to receive them will remember her graceful penmanship and the kindness and love she so thoughtfully expressed. Each note was a reflection of her caring spirit, offering encouragement and connection, and leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of holding onto her words.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George W. Wrinkle and Josephine Ables Wrinkle; a brother who died in infancy; her sisters, Joyce Walker and Lorraine Rogers; and her late husband, Jack Tyner.

She is survived by her husband, August (Gus) Bauch; her son and his wife, Ben and Teresa Tyner; and daughter Karen Brooks; step-sons Steven Bauch and David Bauch; grandchildren and their spouses, Miranda Yrlas, Robert Lee and Christen Tyner, Dennis and Amanda Tyner, Beth Anne Bauch, James Bauch; and great- grandchildren; Bryce Novy, Landon Tyner, Lilliana Yrlas, Hadley Tyner, Jackson Tyner, and Ella Shukla; along with many treasured nieces, nephews and extended family.

VISITATION: Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at J. E. Keever Mortuary, 408 N. Dallas Street, Ennis, Texas.

A private burial will be under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
