On Monday, August 9, 2021, Michael "Bubba" David Greenlee, loving son, brother and uncle went home to be with the Lord at the age of 48. Bubba was born on August 5, 1973 to Michael and Brenda Greenlee and was proud to reside in Palmer, Texas his entire life.

To have known Bubba was to love him, he never met a stranger. Bubba was always happy to help and be there for others in any way possible. Bubba loved the Lord, his family, and his friends. In his free time, Bubba enjoyed spending time with family, but his passion was working on special wood projects and turning someone else's junk into a treasure. Bubba also enjoyed sports of all kinds and collecting sports memorabilia, but he was a fanatical Steelers fan. Although Bubba had lifelong health issues, Bubba found strength in the Lord to overcome pain and discomfort and strived to live life to the fullest. "I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me." Philippians 4:12-13

Bubba is preceded in death by his grandparents Morris and Loretta Greenlee, David Jones and Betty Jo Risinger. He is survived by is his parents Michael and Brenda Greenlee, his sister Shelly Isom (Brad Martin), his nephew Cameron Green (Madyson McCarty), his niece Erin Isom. Bubba also leaves behind his cherished great nieces Ellisyn and Ivy, his treasured great nephew Jaymes and an abundance of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, 2 p.m. at Fundamental Baptist Church in Palmer, Texas. Pastor Gary Miller will officiate.  Interment will follow services at the Palmer Cemetery.  Flowers should be sent directly to Fundamental Baptist Church in Palmer.
