It is with enormous sorrow that we announce the passing of a beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend, Michael "Mike" Wayne Pustejovsky. Mike was born on July 2, 1966 in Dallas, Texas and filled every minute of his life with joy, good music, and the presence of people he loved. He passed away in Dallas, Texas on April 24, 2023.

He grew up in Ennis, Texas, where he attended school and found lifelong friends in Steve Boon, Jamie Bozek , and Henry Betik . While at  Ennis High School, he was on the football team and an active member of the FFA. Mike became an electrician and joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers shortly out of high school. He remained in the field his entire life. In 1997, he graduated from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Arts and later formed his own company, MPI Contractors. Mike loved his job and never hesitated to bring his daughters along for a day of demolition fun.

Throughout his life, Mike made a wide array of friends whom he viewed as family. There was nothing he would not do for those he loved, and all who counted him as a friend are better for the love he showed them. His family remained the most important thing in his life and his loss will be profoundly felt by those close to him.

Mike had many loves in his life; he loved to fish, to grill a perfect steak, to work, and to help people. He was quick with an irreverent joke, but faster with a helping hand. He put himself last, always. While he will be missed beyond measure, his family is grateful he was surrounded by loved ones and at peace in his final moments.

Mike is survived by his beloved daughters Rachel and Hannah Pustejov sky, mother, Dorothy Pustejovsky, sister Debbie Novy and her husband Mark, brother Jimmy Pustejo vsk y and his wife, Wendy, nieces, Mayson Kozlovsky and her husband Dalton, Caitlyn Novy, Rileigh Navarro and her husband Cody and Laynie Pustejovsky and her fiancé , Grant Reel, a nephew, Tyler Novy and his wife Sara, and a great nephew, Davis Navarro, his loving partner Jamie Ray, her daughter, Amanda Sadler, and five grandsons, Tristan Thomas, S kyler Thomas,  Hudson Thomas, Gra y son Thomas and Henry Sadler. He is preceded in death by his father James Pustejovsky and his grandparents John and Georgia Pustejovsky and Willie and Mary Honza .

Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Betik , Steve Boon, Jamie Bozek , Steve Jernigan, Gary Pustejovsky, Jeff Pustejovsky and Nick Hardin.
