Nancy Claire Prestidge, 91, passed away in Spring, Texas, on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Nancy was born in Chicago, Illinois, on June 8, 1934, to Edward Andrew and Gladys Lois (Young) Straubing.

Nancy married Billy McCall Prestidge on September 2, 1956, in Corsicana, Texas. Nancy was a secretary for the Nursing Unit of the Houston Northwest Medical Center. Nancy was a member of the Oak Ridge Baptist Church of Oak Ridge, Texas.

Nancy enjoyed board games, putting puzzles together and dancing tap and ballet. Christmas was Nancy's favorite time of year getting to be with her family and watching the children enjoying opening presents. Nancy loved smiling and being happy and making others happy. One of her treasured accomplishments was bringing her family closer together and thanking God for all His Blessings.

Nancy is survived by her children: Cheryl Prestidge (step-daughter), Debbie Prestidge, Mark Prestidge and wife Kris, Terri Prestidge, and Kathleen Cos and husband David; her grandchildren David Prestidge Jr., Heather Vaughn and husband Brad, Christina Rogers and husband Codey, Michael Prestidge, and Ashley Cos; great-grandchildren Madison Myhill and husband Landon, Rylie Vaughn, Alexa Vaughn, Luke Vaughn, Mason Rogers, and Rylee Rogers; her great-great grandchild Baby Myhill (June 2026); as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy McCall Prestidge.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
