Sandra Shackelford Tobias, 77, passed away on   Wednesday, April 12, 2023.

Since being diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's she had been living with her son in Colorado.

She was born in Ennis, Texas on August 16, 1945 to Charles Edward Shackelford and Ruby Pearl Mounts.

She retired from Employers Insurance in 2008 after 30 plus years of service.

She was the widow of Woodrow Leslie Tobias Jr., who passed on November 4, 2021.  She is survived by her son, Russell Dwayne Tobias of Severance, Colorado; a daughter, Lesley Tobias Marshall of Clifton and grandson, Logan Farrar of Clifton.
