Taylor Raymond Burford, 23, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016.
Taylor was born in Dallas, Texas to Martin R. and Teresa Suzanne (Hastings) Burford. He grew up in Garland and graduated from South Garland High School.
He was a student attending Eastfield College. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a liver transplant recipient in 2007.
He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Woody and husband, Mark; brother, Cole Woody; sister, Shelby Burford;uncle, John Hastings and Megan; grandparents: Glenn Hastings, Donna and Gary Pilant, Lillian Burford and Bill and Emma Dean Woody; great-grandparents: Paula and J.D. Hastings and Dan and LaJuan Fenn.
He is preceded in death by his father, Martin Burford and grandmother, Rita Woody.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.
A Celebration of his life will take place on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Rev. Chet Hensley officiating.
