Thomas Anthony Marks, 29, Thomas was born in Bishop, California, on March 24, 1994, and went home when Jesus called him on August 2, 2023.

It was every boys dream to grow up in a town as Bishop and Thomas took full advantage of all that the mountains and the valley had to offer.  Hunting, fishing, skiing, camping, quad and motorcycle riding and coyote control for the local ranchers and their livestock.  You name it and Thomas did it.  Thomas had the drive and work ethic of an old soul and started working when he was twelve years old riding his bike to Shell Y-Mart stocking the coolers and would then ride his bike to the other side of town to work at the Talbot Ranch until afternoon.  He also worked up at North Lake pack outfitters starting the summer between eighth and ninth grade and did this every summer until graduating High School in 2012.

Eventually Thomas became a Journeyman lineman where he traveled all over the county and ended up in Texas where he met his beautiful wife, Morgan.  They were married in 2020 and now have five beautiful children: Bonnie, Parker, Walker, Jaxon and Peyton.

When not working you could find Thomas enjoying being at home with his family or out on adventures with them.  He loved spending time with his family more than anything in this world.  Thomas worked hard lived hard and loved hard.  Thomas was an old soul who loved his entire family and friends so much including his IBEW linemen brotherhood.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Morgan; daughters: Bonnie, Parker and Peyton; sons: Jaxon and Walker; his parents: Anthony Marks and Donna McDermott; sisters: Jamie Jarvis, Tailer Marks (Kade Armstrong) and Bethany Marks; grandparents: Jerry and Zelda Northrup, Roy and Kim Chacon, Cheri and Les Hagen, Brittany and Derrik Linder, Bryce and Nicola Chacon, Chase and Krystal Leonard, Jessie and Weston Maddox and niece, Kingsley Armstrong; father-in-law, Stuart Fisher and wife, Karan; mother-in-law, Laura and husband, Jerry Waedekin; sister-in-law, Kristen and brother-in-law, Andrew Melendez; brother-in-law, Cody Fisher and sister-in-law Stacy, brother-in-law, Tanner Fisher and nieces and nephews: Kamila, Anden and Kylo Melendez.

Thomas is preceded in death by and reunited with his brother, Kevin Jarvis; step-mother, Genyne Marks; grandfather, Thomas Jensen and grandmother Carole McCay.

You will be missed terribly here on earth our sweet Thomas.

We will meet you in Heaven.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 10 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.  Interment will follow in Crisp Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
