In a galaxy far, far away, on January 30th, 2024, at the age of 45, William Travis Patterson passed away in Corsicana, Texas. He lived in Rice, TX, with his father, John Patterson.

In Osage Beach, Missouri, Sue and John Patterson welcomed their only son, Travis. Travis grew up throughout the state of Missouri before relocating with his family to Texas at the age of 18. He spent the majority of his life living between the two states of Texas and Missouri. Travis was the proud father of six children who still reside in Missouri to this day. He made the decision to ultimately return to Texas in the late 2000s to help care for his ailing mother. After the passing of his mother, he decided to remain full-time with his father in Texas.

Travis loved to tell jokes and tease his family; he had a contagious and cheery demeanor. He loved to spend his time playing video games with his friends and children and was an avid Twitch streamer, dedicating some of those videos to his children. In later years, Travis maintained a high profile online versus in-person activities, but in his younger years, he enjoyed attending concerts with his sister, going to game conferences, and watching movies with his children. He had a huge interest in movies that included diverse worlds like Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings and wrote some stories in his free time. Most recently, he had planned to watch the entire Game of Thrones series with his sister, having always wanted to see the show.

Travis is survived by his father, John Patterson, of Rice, Texas; his sister, Jennifer Patterson, of Dallas, Texas; and his children: Hope Patterson of Joplin, Missouri; Callie and Trevor Patterson of Sarcoxie, Missouri; and Austin, Emmaleah, and Leviathan Patterson of Humansville, Missouri. Travis was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his mother, Sue Ann. Travis will always be remembered for the candy peach rings because it was his favorite treat to share with his family.

Visitation is to be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at J.E. Keever Mortuary, 408 N. Dallas Street in Ennis, Texas. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the same location, under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
